Mr Antony Truelove (Non-Executive Chairman)

Tony has over 40 years of professional experience in the resource industry covering project acquisition, mineral exploration, feasibility studies and mine geology / grade control. He has been involved with the discovery and definition of over 15 million ounces of gold and 200,000 tonnes tin, plus associated copper, zinc and indium. He has experience exploring for a variety of metals in numerous jurisdictions including Australia, Brazil, China, Germany, India, Indonesia, South Korea, UK, West Africa and Zimbabwe. Tony is currently COO of LSE listed, UK based company, First Tin Plc and Director of its 100% owned Australia Subsidiary Taronga Mines Pty Ltd. Tony has previously floated, and served as Managing Director of, ASX listed company Southern Cross Goldfields Limited and has held senior positions with Billiton, Newmont, Newcrest and Delta Gold. Has held the role of Non-Executive Director/Chairman since November 2015.
Mr Grant Thomas (Managing Director/Company Secretary)

Grant is a geoscientist with over 30 years experience including as exploration manager, country manager, CEO/MD. He has had had senior roles with Rio Tinto, Hamersley Iron, Tianshan Goldfields, Amani Gold. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallury. Grant was also associated with discovery of 2.4Moz Gold Xinjiang Gold Mt. and Homestead/Mt Sheila/Mt Sylvia iron deposits. Has held the role of Non-Executive Director since November 2015.
Dr Jacky Chan Lap Kiu (Non-Executive Director)
BSc (Hon), MPhil, PhD, MAusIMM, MAIG
Jacky has over 20 years experience in mineral exploration and development, resources evaluation and valuation, and corporate finance. He is the founding CEO of Dragon Mining Resources Limited since 2012 which owns a gold Elution plant in Tanzania, gold operation in Columbia and DRC, and is acting as fund manager of a USD2billion HK-Middle East resources fund in gold mines and fertilisers. He is also project manager of FADOX Platform Limited which is a multi-billion investment fund for sovereign-back large-scale infrastructure, natural resources and humanitarian projects in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Has held the role of Non-Executive Director since November 2015.
Mr Choi Wing Sang (Vincent) (Exploration Manager)
BSc (Hon), MSc, MAusIMM, CPG-AIPG
Vincent is a professional geologist with over 15 years of experience including Senior Geologist and Exploration Manager roles for mineral exploration, mineral consultant service and geotechnical engineering industries in DRC, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Colombia, Hong Kong, Brazil and Australia. His experience has included geochemistry and geophysics analysis, resource estimation, project management, drill site supervision and logging, regional exploration, underground mining, drone surveying, and geotechnical logging. Has held the role of Exploration Manager since September 2021.
